Strictly limited, unique and elegant: What began as an experiment in 2019 with a small wooden barrel turned out to be unexpectedly complex and marked the start of a new era at our winery. Extremely reduced and selected in the vineyard, aged in finest Austrian wooden barrel with months of batonnage (stirring of the yeast) and finally a long period of maturation in the bottle ensures the uniqueness of the “Ich bin Ich” edition.

With these wines, we translate Burgundy into the Weinviertel. Multifaceted, elegant wines are the result – deep, complex, exciting. By the way, the bottle dress is elegant too. Each bottle is sealed with wax – of course by hand. Made for eternity.
