The first grapes have made it safely to the cellar!
In the early hours of August 3, we harvested the green grapes for our Zerious—earlier than ever before!
Right at sunrise, we harvested the first young grapes of the season.
With their vibrant acidity and fresh, bright flavour, they’ve now made their way to the cellar, where they’ll become our Verjus.
